Greetings and Salutations
Mar 14th, 2007 by Charles Ferguson
Greetings and welcome to my personal site. After thinking about posting articles about professional concepts, ideas and things falling under general walks of life, I’ve finally gotten around to setting up a site to do just that.
To start off this site, a little about myself for those that stumble on this site and don’t know me; my name is Charles Ferguson (Kasirak in the online community), I come from a background in Computer Systems which was then followed by History, Literature, Asian Studies and finally Business & Management. I’ve worked in government for 5 years prior to opening my own company, Annonshe, which I have worked on for almost the last 3 years. Currently, I’m doing my Masters in Project Management and Annonshe has been inactive for the last few months.
As you can probably guess, I’ve become somewhat of a generalist over the years, loving to know a bit of everything and constantly learning new things or having new experiences. This way I can understand how things work, what their process is and what others are talking about. But my strength really resides in human interactions, from inspiring and motivating people to understanding and connecting with them. Both combine quite well when it comes down to working with different people and on different projects.
My overall interests are equally diverse, from Karate to Anthropology but it all comes down to three main factors:
1) Shaping memorable experiences,
2) Inspiring imagination and encouraging people to surpass themselves
3) Producing true emotional connections.
This site is mostly going to be about articles on game development, management, events and a few other subjects of interests including reviews, entertainment and general life. More information about myself can be found in the About section for those that really want to know more about me.
